The Shop Sales Person is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day store activities, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce shrinkage.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Motivate and coach employees to achieve performance goals.
- Financial Management
- Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial reporting.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
