75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams working on modern technologies such as MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML, and Cloud-based solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, client communication, team coordination, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Conduct project planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and status meetings.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical leads to review architecture, technical feasibility, and project estimations.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and management dashboards.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
- Manage change requests, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous process improvement across project delivery functions.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
