Purpose of the Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and implementation of HR systems and processes.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess good communication skills, and be willing to work closely with management in building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Explain company policies, rules, and expectations.
- Support employees during their initial training period.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track late coming, leave, permissions, and absenteeism.
- Prepare attendance reports for management.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance-related issues.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate team-building sessions, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support management in creating a positive work environment.
- Encourage employee participation and morale.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Update employee databases and HR trackers.
- Ensure proper record keeping and documentation.
Performance & Reporting
- Assist in KPI tracking and performance review activities.
- Collect department-wise reports as required.
- Prepare HR-related MIS reports.
- Support management with employee performance data.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs.
- Track employee learning and development activities.
- Support skill development initiatives across departments.
HR Operations Support
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company rules and systems.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
- Help build a process-driven and disciplined work culture.
Desired Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word)

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR, MSW HR, or related fields preferred)
