About Us
Women's Pride Hospital & IVF specialises in IVF, Infertility, Women's Healthcare, Maternity, Laparoscopy, Ultrasound and Advanced Diagnostics. We are expanding our referral network and seeking an energetic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to strengthen relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Job Title
Public Relations Officer (Doctor Referral Network)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Gynecologists, MBBS Doctors, BHMS, BAMS, RMPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Visit clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and diagnostic centres daily.
- Generate patient referrals for IVF, infertility and women's healthcare services.
- Present hospital services, facilities and latest treatment options to doctors.
- Conduct doctor meetings, CMEs and awareness programs.
- Coordinate referral follow-ups with the hospital team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and referral database.
- Build long-term professional relationships with referring doctors.
- Organize health camps and medical awareness activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for referral growth.
- Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
- Represent Women Pride Hospital & IVF professionally at all times.
Daily Target
- 10–15 doctor visits per day
- Generate new referring doctors every month
- Regular follow-up with existing referral partners
- Submit daily activity report
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing / Hospital Marketing / Pharma Sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Confident presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
Experience
- 0–5 years
- Experience in Hospital Marketing, IVF, Diagnostics, Pharma or Medical Devices will be preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
(Salary depends on experience and performance.)
