KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Calculate, validate, and process employee incentive payouts accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain and update incentive structures, policies, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with Distribution Team and HL and other relevant functions to collect, calculate and verify performance data.
Resolve employee queries related to incentive calculations and payments.
Monitor incentive program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes related to incentive calculations, employee performance tracking and Statements also provide user training within team.
Develop dashboards, and reports using appropriate tools.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Maintain audit records and support internal and external audits by providing required documentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Measure of Success:
Accuracy and Delivery timelines as per SLA agreed with HR and cross function teams
Reduction in manual effort and processing time.
Manday’s Savings with the help of Automations
Audit ratings with no major observations from statutory and Internal auditors
Feedback from Team Members and Other functions
Employee satisfaction regarding incentive-related queries.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Graduate or post graduate with minimum experience of 5-6 years
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a competitive environment
To work closely and build constructive relationship with stakeholders across the organization
