- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
