We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage customer service requirements, vehicle reception, job card creation, service consultation, repair estimation, follow-up, and customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth workshop operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Vehicle Reception & Customer Handling - Attend customers professionally and understand vehicle complaints/issues - Conduct vehicle inspection and explain required service/repair work to customers - Ensure proper customer interaction and maintain high service standards 2. Job Card Creation & Service Process - Create accurate job cards for every vehicle without fail - Ensure No Vehicle Inward Without Job Card - Capture customer complaints clearly in the job card system - Coordinate with workshop team for timely execution of work 3. Repair Estimation & Approval - Provide repair estimates and service recommendations to customers - Obtain customer approval before additional repairs or spare replacement - Explain service charges, labour cost, and spare requirements clearly 4. Workshop Coordination - Coordinate with technicians and floor supervisors for vehicle progress - Monitor vehicle repair status and ensure promised delivery timelines - Prioritize express service and same-day delivery wherever possible 5. Customer Follow-up & Delivery - Update customers regularly regarding service progress - Ensure vehicle delivery with proper explanation of work completed - Confirm customer satisfaction during vehicle handover 6. Customer Satisfaction (PSF / NPS) - Ensure high customer satisfaction score (PSF/NPS) - Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate critical issues immediately - Ensure zero repeat complaints through quality follow-up 7. Upselling & Revenue Generation - Recommend genuine spare parts, accessories, lubricants, and value-added services - Support workshop labour and parts revenue growth 8. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain daily job card status and pending vehicle report - Ensure timely closure of job cards in DMS/ERP - Share daily productivity and service reports with management Skills & Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field preferred - 1–5 years of experience in automobile service operations (Two-wheeler dealership preferred) - Good technical knowledge of vehicles and service process - Strong communication skills in Tamil & Basic English - Basic computer knowledge (DMS, Excel, ERP systems) Key Expectations - Excellent customer handling and communication - Proper job card discipline and process adherence - Timely vehicle delivery and follow-up - Ownership mindset and accountability Performance KPI / Targets - Daily job card target achievement - Labour revenue achievement - Parts & lubricant billing support - PSF/NPS score achievement - Zero repeat complaints - Same-day delivery percentage - Customer complaint resolution efficiency Salary: Based on experience and performance.
