Job Requirements

3. *Gemstone Authentication*: Verify the authenticity of gemstones, detecting any treatments, enhancements, or simulants.
4. *Customer Consultation*: Provide expert advice to customers on gemstone selection, quality, and value, as well as guidance on gemstone care and maintenance.
5. *Report Writing*: Prepare detailed reports on gemstone examination and evaluation results, including photographs and diagrams.
Work Experience
1. *Education*: Graduate Gemologist (GG) or Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification from a recognized institution, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
2. *Experience*: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in gemstone examination, evaluation, and appraisal.
3. *Skills*: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
4. *Knowledge*: In-depth knowledge of gemstone characteristics, identification techniques, and market trends.
5. *Certifications*: Current certifications, such as GG or AJP, and maintenance of ongoing education requirements.
