Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can independently handle client projects, manage social media accounts, and stay updated with the latest digital trends. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
2- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
3- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
4- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
5- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
6- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
7- Respond to client queries and provide regular project updates.
8- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest innovative content ideas.
9- Ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Required Skills:
1- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
2- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
3- Excellent project management and client-handling skills.
4- Ability to identify and leverage trending topics and content formats.
5- Strong communication and coordination skills.
6- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools is preferred.
7- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
1- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
