Job Summary:
- Lead and manage CRO team
- Ensure smooth field operations
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Supervise, guide, and support CRO team
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback
Field Operations
- Monitor daily field visits
- Ensure proper area coverage (within 40 km)
- Conduct joint visits when required
Customer Handling
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
- Review daily reports on company app
- Conduct daily team meetings (Google Meet)
- Coordinate with internal teams
Compliance & Collections
- Ensure timely collection deposits
- Maintain transparency and discipline
- Follow company policies
Training & Development
- Train and support team members
- Improve team productivity through coaching
Skills Required:

- Basic mobile/app knowledge
Experience:
- 6months–3years in Sales/Field Operations
- Team handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
