Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Customer Interaction
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products, services, and ongoing offers effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, service requests, and feedback.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems.
Update customer databases and lead status regularly.
Prepare daily call reports and activity updates.
Performance & Process Compliance
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Adhere to company communication standards and processes.
Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Tele-Sales, BPO, or Call
Center operations.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
✔ HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Automobile, Banking,
Insurance, or Service Industry will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
