Provide End-user Computing support to clients and customers which includes provisioning, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations.
Maintain, improve, and upgrade development and production environments of large scale, distributed and mission-critical systems.
Maintain and enforce security and applicable standards.
Deploy, configure, manage, and perform routine maintenance of iTero’s Windows devices.
Align the OSs and platforms to the organization's security standards.
Provide On-call support as needed (may include off-hours).
Tier 1 to 3 - desktop & apps deployment and support.
Tier 1 and 2 network support, office LANs, as well as troubleshooting the WAN infrastructure.
Engage with vendors for all sorts of IT assets and supports. Interact with employees in a timely, patient, tactful, and professional manner
