Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Coordinate and arrange client site visits
- Explain project details and guide customers professionally
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident and professional personality
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Candidate should be comfortable with calling and client handling
