- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance programs for mechanical press machines (50T to 1000T), pneumatic systems, and conveyors to prevent catastrophic failures, Weld shop, DG set, pressure vessel, EOT maintenance etc.
- Breakdown Recovery: Lead rapid-response troubleshooting for mechanical failures, including gearboxes, clutch-brake systems, lubrication circuits, and hydraulic cylinders.
- Tooling & Die Support: Collaborate with the Tool Room to ensure proper die-setting alignment and troubleshoot issues related to press stroke and shut height.
- Assembly Line Automation: Maintain and optimize automated assembly equipment, including pneumatic actuators, pick-and-place units, and indexing tables.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct "Why-Why" analysis on recurring failures to implement permanent engineering solutions.
- Spare Parts Management: Maintain critical inventory for long-lead items like specialized bearings, seals, and valves.
