Position: Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach
We are looking for a passionate, certified, and energetic Strength & Conditioning Coach who enjoys coaching people and delivering high-quality training sessions.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sarjapur & Off Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and group training sessions
- Design personalized workout programs based on client goals and limitations
- Deliver strength, conditioning, mobility, and corrective exercise sessions
- Monitor progress and keep clients motivated
- Ensure safety, exercise form, and professionalism during every session
Requirements
✔ Certified Personal Trainer / Strength Coach (mandatory)
✔ Experience in personal training or group coaching
✔ Strong knowledge of strength training and corrective exercise
✔ Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a bonus)
✔ Must own a personal vehicle for travel (mandatory)
✔ Must currently reside in Sarjapur or within a nearby 5 km radius

Compensation
Session-based payment depending on the number of sessions conducted.
Flexible working hours with opportunity to scale earnings.
