Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor – PEB with practical knowledge of civil construction work related to industrial sheds and PEB structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Handle foundation work, PCC, excavation, anchor bolt fixing, and related civil activities.
- Monitor industrial shed construction work as per project drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update management regarding project activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues during civil work execution.
- Verify material quantity and maintain proper site records.
- Coordinate with the store and purchase team for material requirements.
- Support timely completion of projects within the given schedule.
- Can handle clients during site execution work.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PEB civil and industrial shed work
- Practical knowledge of foundation and site supervision activities
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of site safety standards
- Ability to handle manpower and contractors effectively
