- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware performance for complex enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and message-oriented middleware concepts.
- Experience in working with XML, JSON, and related data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of deploying and managing TIBCO applications in various environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
