Position: Testing Team Leader (Electronics)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 5- 10 years
Education Preference: B.E / B.Tech/M.tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, RF & Microwave Engineering or related disciplines.
Key Technical Requirements:
Lead the testing team responsible for production validation, troubleshooting, calibration, and quality assurance of radar systems and sub‑systems. Act as the bridge between Design, Production, QA, and Customer Support to ensure compliance with defence standards and customer requirements. Drive problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and process improvements to deliver mission‑critical products that meet stringent operational performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day testing operations for radar, RF, and defence electronic systems.
Oversee ATP, FAT, ESS, calibration, burn‑in, and functional testing to meet delivery milestones.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring failures.
Ensure compliance with MIL standards, QA procedures, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams for issue resolution and design improvements.
Maintain test records, calibration logs, and support audits/inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, RF & Microwave, or related fields.
5–10 years of experience in testing leadership, with strong knowledge of RF systems and lab equipment.
Hands‑on expertise with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer interaction skills.
