Position: Real Estate Sales & Client Relationship Executive
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to connect interested buyers with their dream homes by understanding their requirements and guiding them toward suitable properties and project opportunities.
You will interact with leads generated through various digital platforms and help clients identify feasible sites and projects based on their budget, location preference, and lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential buyers through digital platforms and social media leads
- Understand client requirements and property preferences
- Coordinate site visits and project discussions
- Guide clients throughout the property selection process
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with promoters, consultants, and internal teams
- Assist in converting inquiries into successful sales opportunities
