Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide timely information about courses, fees, scholarships, and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle student inquiries professionally.
