Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT Staffing and client relationship management. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, gather hiring requirements, coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs. The ideal individual should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts for IT staffing services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Gather hiring requirements and understand client workforce needs
- Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams for candidate sourcing and submissions
- Schedule and conduct client calls, requirement discussions, and status meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates against open requirements
- Handle rate negotiations, onboarding coordination, and contractual discussions
- Track open positions, submissions, closures, and revenue targets
- Address client concerns and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor account performance and ensure high client satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and new business generation
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring updates and staffing progress
Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in IT staffing and recruitment processes
- Understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT Staffing or Account Management
- Experience handling direct clients and implementation partners
- Knowledge of US Staffing processes and hiring lifecycle
- Experience managing high-volume requirements and client portfolios
- Prior experience working with offshore/onshore recruitment teams preferred
