Key Responsibilities:
● Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or mentorship programs
● Maintain follow-ups via calls to ensure conversions
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
● Maintain CRM entries and update student records accurately
● Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students
● Build a strong rapport with students to ensure long-term engagement and referrals
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in sales or student counseling (preferably in Ed-Tech or UPSC domain)
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
● Fresher are also welcome with UPSC knowledge
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
