We’re Hiring – Manager (HR) at Finplan Edu, Mumbai
Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Finplan Edu is inviting applications for the position of Manager – HR. We are looking for a skilled and professional HR Manager who can take ownership of core HR functions and contribute to building a positive and performance driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle employee relations and grievance resolution professionally
2. Ensure HR policies and workplace standards are effectively implemented
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities|
4. Coordinate performance management and employee development processes
5. Maintain HR records and support compliance requirements
6. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across teams
7. Support leadership in achieving people and culture objectives
8. Ensure smooth HR operations while driving employee engagement, compliance, and a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good understanding of HR operations and employee relations
4. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
5. Organized, proactive, and people-oriented approach
