About the Role:
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and career-oriented individuals to join PNB MetLife as Financial Advisors. In this role, you will act as a trusted financial guide, helping individuals and families secure their financial future through our comprehensive life insurance and savings solutions. This role offers the unique freedom to manage your own schedules while providing unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Prospecting: Build and expand your own network through personal contacts, references, digital leads, and field activities to find potential customers.
- Financial Need Analysis: Understand clients' financial goals (e.g., child education, retirement, wealth creation) and recommend suitable PNB MetLife insurance policies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, assisting them with policy renewals, updates, and smooth claim settlements.
- Compliance & Ethics: Follow standard insurance regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and maintain complete transparency and integrity in all customer dealings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS / 12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Age: 18 to 60+ years.
- Who Can Apply: Retired Individuals are highly welcome to apply, as well as freshers, college students, working professionals seeking part-time income, or homemakers looking to restart their careers.
- Skills Required: Good communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and network.
Mandatory Exam Requirement:
- IRDAI Certification: Selected candidates will be required to clear the official IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) Exam to obtain their licensing.
- Note: Complete training, study material, and mock test support will be provided by PNB MetLife to help you clear the exam easily.
