Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, shipping bills, and Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and export procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for bookings and customs clearance.
- Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Handle LC documentation, foreign inward/outward payments, and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Ensure proper packing, marking, tagging, and risk compliance for export shipments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export logistics.
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, shipping procedures, and export documentation.
- Experience in handling Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade preferred. Chartered Accountants (CAs) are also eligible.
Pay: ₹20,678.91 - ₹63,609.88 per month
