Job Title: Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to build products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing products from concept to launch.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Develop product strategies that improve user experience and business performance.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
Product Development
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and improvement.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features.
- Create product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and product specifications.
- Define success metrics and track product performance.
Customer & Market Understanding
- Gather customer feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and customer pain points.
- Work with customer support and sales teams to improve product adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing, operations, and business teams.
- Communicate product goals, priorities, and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor key product metrics and user engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to make product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Experience creating product roadmaps and managing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS, marketplaces, mobile apps, or technology platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience using product analytics tools.

About the Role
