Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, install, and configure BMC Control-M components.
- Manage and maintain the Control-M environment, including Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager (EM), and Agents.
- Oversee integration and consolidation with other BMC tools and technologies.
- Manage change and configuration of servers using Control-M.
- Create reports and perform trend analysis to monitor scheduling efficiency.
- Create and manage role-based access control for system administrators and users.
- Collaborate with managers, developers, and customers during release planning, job scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
- Participate in client engagements as part of the operational team.
- Perform upgrades and migrations of Control-M from older to newer versions.
- Apply scripting skills to automate tasks and streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot errors, defects, and performance issues in Control-M components.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL processes as applied to Control-M operations.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and maintain clear communication and interpersonal relations.
- Adhere to deadlines and be willing to work overtime when required.
- Utilize excellent English language skills for communication and reporting.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
