Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and achieving sales targets for IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and government departments. Knowledge about the Tender, Gems Portal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable IT solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, online portals, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns. Tender, Gem Portal
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimations.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in business events, conferences, and exhibitions when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud services, or digital solutions.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT sales or software services.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.

Salary:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,767.62 per month
