Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer / Website Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in responsive website development, UI/UX design, WordPress, front-end and back-end technologies, website maintenance, SEO-friendly development, and website performance optimization. The candidate must have worked on live projects, and a portfolio of previously developed websites is mandatory during the interview.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performance websites for clients while ensuring quality, functionality, security, and timely project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & Development
- Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites.
- Build dynamic and static websites based on client requirements.
- Create modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing website layouts.
- Develop custom web pages and landing pages.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and user experience.
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web pages.
- Implement interactive website features and animations.
- Ensure websites follow modern web standards and best practices.
Back-End Development
- Develop and maintain websites using PHP and Laravel.
- Integrate databases and server-side functionality.
- Build and integrate REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Manage website hosting, deployment, and server configurations.
WordPress Development
- Develop and customize WordPress websites.
- Install and configure themes and plugins.
- Customize templates according to client requirements.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites.
- Optimize WordPress performance and security.
Database & Hosting Management
- Manage MySQL databases.
- Use phpMyAdmin for database administration.
- Manage websites through cPanel.
- Perform website backup, migration, and restoration.
- Configure domains, email accounts, and hosting settings.
Website Maintenance
- Monitor website performance and uptime.
- Fix bugs and technical issues.
- Ensure website security and regular updates.
- Perform website backups and maintenance.
- Optimize website loading speed and Core Web Vitals.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Develop SEO-friendly website structures.
- Optimize website speed and performance.
- Implement on-page technical SEO best practices.
- Improve website accessibility and user experience.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, SEO Executives, Content Writers, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Web Developer, Website Designer, or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong portfolio of live websites developed or designed (Mandatory).
- Experience in WordPress development and customization.
- Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and best practices.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
