Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage customer data, maintain CRM systems, and support sales and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Generate CRM reports and insights.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and MS Excel proficiency.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- CRM automation
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
