We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Fall Protection Systems and Work-at-Height Safety Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong project sales experience, an existing network in industrial sectors, and the ability to generate and close business opportunities for engineered fall protection solutions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for fall protection and work-at-height safety solutions.
- Promote and sell horizontal lifelines, vertical lifelines, anchorage systems, and other engineered safety products.
- Identify potential clients across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
- Meet EHS Heads, Safety Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers to generate business.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer meetings.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth across the region.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Project Sales within Industrial Safety or Fall Protection solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Fall Protection or Work-at-Height Safety projects.
- Strong network with EHS Heads, Safety Managers, Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Project Managers.
- Experience in site visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and project closures.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project execution.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
