Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and qualify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to drive customer engagement.
- Update and maintain lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Real Estate, Interiors, Construction, or related industries.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
