About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Office Sales Executive to join
our growing team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting
sales operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely payment
collections. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for meeting assigned
sales targets and contributing to the overall sales performance of the
organization.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to coordinate effectively between clients, sales teams, and internal

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
● Achieve assigned individual sales targets by generating orders, maintaining
client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.
● Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order
fulfillment.
● Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM
system.
● Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery
timelines.
● Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.
● Track and update the sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the sales
team and management.
Collection Management
● Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely
collections.
● Send professional payment reminders and collection notices when required.
● Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies.
● Maintain records of all collection activities and prepare periodic reports.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth
payment processes.
Administrative & Client Support
● Provide administrative assistance for sales and collection activities.
● Address and resolve client queries or concerns related to invoices and
payments.
● Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
● 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, office sales, or collections. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Google Suite, Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
● Basic knowledge of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
