Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and monitor progress as per project schedule.
- Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills and work completion reports.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate testing and inspection activities as required.
- Monitor project milestones and report delays or deviations to management.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
- Ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Participate in project review meetings and submit periodic progress updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in building construction, high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
