The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent team performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan and insurance products. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth and market share. Recruit, train, and coach new sales team members. Generate leads through referrals, corporate tie-ups, direct marketing, and channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and business partners. Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure timely processing of customer applications and documentation. Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and credit teams to ensure smooth loan and policy processing. Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards. Products to Handle Home Loans Personal Loans Business Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) Mortgage Loans Car Loans Health Insurance Life Insurance Motor Insurance General Insurance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred. Experience 3–7 years of experience in Loans and Insurance sales. At least 1–2 years of experience in a team handling or managerial role. Experience working with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, or insurance companies is preferred. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
