Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections for projects.
- Analyze architectural plans and perform quantity take-offs.
- Procure, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
- Monitor, track, and control costs throughout the project life cycle.
- Review and process claims, variations, and change orders.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost control and compliance.
- Check and approve contractor/ vendors bills for payment certification.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare final accounts.
Educational Qualification & Experience Required
- Candidate must be B. Tech, Civil
- Must have minimum 5 Years Experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management
Skills required
- AutoCad, MS Office
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skill
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and contract administration
