Role Overview:
The Junior Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal
databases.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening to match candidates with job
requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in job posting, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support campus hiring and internship recruitment drives as needed.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience to candidates throughout the process.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Experience with technical position hirings.
