What You Will Own
You will support the Sales Capability team in enhancing the effectiveness of our tele-calling and field sales teams. Your role will involve coordinating and delivering training programs, developing learning content, assisting in sales capability initiatives, and working closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs. You will play a key role in ensuring that sales teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources required to perform effectively and achieve business goals.
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future
- Good experience in content creation & Training
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Articulate, PowerPoint, and AI-based content creation tools
- Hands-on experience in conducting sales training for frontline teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to create structured and visually impactful training content
- Good to have: Certification in Instructional Design and proficiency in AI-based tools would be an added advantage.
The Scope of Your Influence
- Design and develop training modules for tele-calling and field sales teams
- Coordinate the rollout of new learning and capability-building initiatives
- Create high-quality learning content such as:
- Training decks
- Videos / micro-learning modules
- One-pagers / job aids
- Daily quizzes and assessments
- Support the planning and execution of training calendars and learning interventions
- Track training completion, certifications, and adoption metrics
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and HR teams for smooth execution of learning programs
