We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with diverse teams across different age groups and departments. The role requires a dynamic individual who believes in both smart work and strong people management, with the ability to handle hiring, employee coordination, onboarding, communication, and day-to-day HR operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, energetic, solution-oriented, and capable of building a positive work culture while supporting the company’s growth and operational goals.
1. Hiring and Talent Acquisition
The HR Manager shall be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and
effective hiring
Key responsibilities include:
Manpower Planning & Understanding Requirements, Sourcing & Screening, Interview Setup, Candidate Database Maintenance, Offer & Negotiation Support, Onboarding, Orientation
2. Onboarding Process Management
The HR Manager will oversee thee full onboarding lifecycle post final HR selection to ensure compliance and a
positive joining experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Pre-Onboarding, Joining Formalities, Update employee master records , Orientation & Induction,
3. Leave Management and Streamlining
The HR Manager will establish and maintain an efficient leave management system to ensure transparency and
compliance.
Key Responsibilities include:
System Setup, Policy Compliance , Reporting , Process Improvement
4. Employee Grievances and Redressal System
The HR Manager shall act as the first point of contact for employee-related issues and ensure a fair, confidential,
and timely grievance redressal mechanism.
Key Responsibilities include:
Grievance Handling , Resolution Facilitation, Confidentiality Assurance , System Development
5. HR Policy Review and Advisory
The HR Manager will periodically review HR policies to ensure alignment with company objectives, legal compliance,
and evolving best practices.
Key Responsibilities include: Policy Review , Recommendations , Implementation Support , Compliance Monitoring
6. Monthly and Annual Labour Compliances
Like PF , ESI , POSH , LWF , all required registers and data to be maintained for corporate governance and audits

Qualifications Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in same field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
