We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Executive to improve the organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation performance of our brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and performance analytics. The role requires close collaboration with content, design, development, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, product pages, and content for SEO.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team.
- Monitor website indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web properties.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-focused content calendars.
Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for authority growth.
- Conduct outreach activities for industry-relevant backlinks and brand mentions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behavior to recommend improvements.
- Measure ROI and provide actionable insights to management.
Digital Marketing Support
- Work closely with PPC, social media, and content marketing teams.
- Support integrated digital campaigns to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, e-commerce, or B2B marketing is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
