Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling the complete employee life cycle and end-to-end Human Resource functions for House of Raadhvi. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, performance management, training coordination, HR documentation, employee relations, and HRMIS management. The HR Executive will ensure that all HR processes are implemented efficiently while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, corporate, warehouse, customer support, marketing, e-commerce, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within approved salary structures.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Coordinate issuance of ID cards, email IDs, system access, and other joining requirements.
- Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMIS records.
- Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes.
- Prepare employment-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, appreciation, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Monitor employee performance review schedules.
- Support implementation of appraisal cycles.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Assist managers in maintaining performance records.
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Plan recognition and reward programmes.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
7. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Support disciplinary procedures and domestic enquiries, where applicable.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
- Promote adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
8. Compliance & Documentation
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR registers and records.
- Coordinate documentation related to audits.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
9. HR Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment, attendance, leave, attrition, and manpower reports.
- Generate HR analytics for management review.
- Track employee headcount and vacancy status.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, fashion, or consumer business will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
