Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers entering the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items.
- Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality, weight, and pricing.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure items are properly arranged.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Meet monthly or daily sales targets set by the store.
- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and new collections.
- Ensure the safety and proper handling of high-value jewellery items.
- Support inventory checks and stock management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer or billing software knowledge.
- Trustworthy and responsible attitude.
Qualifications
- Any degree is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions
- Work in jewellery showroom or retail store.
- Will need to assist in marketing activities with store team members when required.
- Weekend and festival work may be required due to high customer demand.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
