Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and maintain high-quality food standards
- Manage kitchen staff and food preparation
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Control food quality, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
- Create and update menu items as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a restaurant/hotel
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- Preferred Languages: Hindi & English
