A Multi-Speciality Hospital in Balrampur is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead clinical and hospital operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure high standards of patient care, oversee quality and regulatory compliance, and drive the hospital's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all clinical and hospital operations.
- Ensure quality standards, patient safety, clinical governance, and NABH compliance.
- Supervise consultants, department heads, and clinical teams.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support hospital growth and accreditation.
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and overall operational performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- MBBS with MD (Anaesthesiology).
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Director or in a senior hospital leadership role.
- Experience working in a 100+ bed multi-speciality hospital.
- Proven experience with NABH accreditation and clinical governance.
- MBA/MHA will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
