Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- Any graduate can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
