Drive revenue by cold calling prospects, generating leads, and closing motor and health insurance sales directly over the phone. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation
- Initiate high-volume cold calls daily to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify high-potential leads for insurance products.
- Conduct end-to-end sales from initial pitch to final closure over the phone.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Technical & Product Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of motor and health insurance policies.
- Navigate multiple insurance aggregator portals efficiently to fetch competitive quotes.
- Compare different policy benefits to provide customized options to clients.
- Explain complex policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and claims processes clearly.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track call logs, conversion rates, and pipeline health accurately.
- Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software after every interaction.
- Submit accurate end-of-day (EOD) sales sheets to the management.
Candidate Requirements
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to close sales.
- Proven experience in telesales, specifically in motor or health insurance.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
