Job Description:
We are looking for a CCTV, Fire Alarm & Biometric Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. The candidate should handle client complaints and ensure smooth system operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems
- Install and configure biometric devices (fingerprint/face)
- Install and service fire alarm systems (panel, detectors, hooters)
- Attend and resolve client complaints/service calls
- Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Handle biometric software, attendance data, and reports
- Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and system connectivity
- Provide on-site and remote support
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Biometric systems
- Understanding of electrical work and networking (IP, LAN)
- Willing to travel for field work
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
