Physiotherapist Required – Job Description
Position: Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT)
Location: Maa Sharda Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre / DR+ PhysioWala
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives (Based on patient handling, treatment packages, conversions, and overall performance)
Eligibility
- BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) – Mandatory
- MPT (Orthopaedics/Neurology/Sports) – Preferred
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Experienced candidates will be given preference
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Orthopaedic, Spine & Neurological Physiotherapy
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and prepare treatment plans
- Hands-on skills in Manual Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Electrotherapy, and Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Laser Therapy, Dry Needling, Taping, Cupping or Panchkarma will be an added advantage
- Good communication and patient counselling skills
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn
- Ability to achieve treatment and patient satisfaction goals
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Job Responsibilities
- Patient assessment and clinical evaluation
- Preparing individualized treatment plans
- Providing quality physiotherapy treatment
- Maintaining patient records and treatment documentation
- Educating patients regarding posture, exercises, and lifestyle modifications
- Motivating patients to complete treatment packages
- Maintaining high patient satisfaction and follow-up
- Coordinating with the clinic team for smooth operations
