AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Aftersales Parts, Marketing Services
The Specialist, Creative Production role provides creative production support to the AGCO Aftersales Marketing Services team by adapting, resizing, versioning and localising approved creative assets for use across multiple brands, markets, audiences and channels.
The role works from creative direction and assets provided by the Senior Specialist, Creative Content. It supports efficient delivery of campaign and marketing materials by producing accurate, asset adaptations for global print and digital deployment.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of artworking, layout adaptation, resizing, file preparation, version control, localisation and production-ready artwork. It also requires a working understanding of brand application, campaign asset structures, print and digital specifications and approval processes.
Your Impact
Artwork Adaptation & Production Create, resize, version, localize, and adapt approved creative assets across multiple brands, markets, languages, formats, and channels.
Brand & Quality Compliance Ensure all assets follow AGCO corporate identity, brand guidelines, templates, and quality standards, with thorough checks before delivery.
Localization Management Accurately apply market-specific content, translations, legal text, currency, imagery, product references, and format requirements.
Production File & Process Management Prepare production-ready files, maintain version control, organized file structures, naming conventions, and support efficient reviews and handovers.
Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement Manage assigned tasks within timelines, communicate progress and risks, support senior creative specialists, and contribute to process and template improvements for greater efficiency.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Total years of Experience 5-8 years. Relevant 3-4 years’ experience in creative artworking, production design, graphic design adaption or marketing asset production.
Relevant qualification in graphic design, creative media, marketing communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong working knowledge of InDesign & Photoshop essential.
Experience preparing assets for print and digital channels.
Experience with multi-format, multi-language or multi-market asset adaptation would be advantageous. Experience working from brand guidelines, templates and structured briefing documents.
