Overview
We are looking for a skilled AS/400 Developer with 3–6 years of experience in IBM i / AS/400 application development and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RPG programming, CL, DB2/400, and application maintenance. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support applications on IBM i (AS/400) platform.

Work on RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400 development.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Debug and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Optimize existing programs and database queries for performance improvement.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and end users.

Support system integrations and batch job monitoring.

Participate in application deployment and release activities.
Requirements

3–6 years of hands-on experience in AS/400 / IBM i development.

RPG III / RPG IV / RPGLE / Free Format RPG
